The Award of Excellence salutes our best customers – builders, contractors and remodelers – who create outstanding projects using Boardwalk products. This program acknowledges those who demonstrate:

As a winner, you will receive recognition that you can use to help market and promote your company – to build more business. You will receive a special recognition package that will enable you to make the most of winning.
Recognition Package
• Award Certificates – You will receive two personalized award certificates. One will be sent in a certificate holder. The other will be loose and may be included in a presentation book.
• Homeowner Letter – A letter will be sent announcing your achievement to the property owner of your winning entry.
• News Release – Publication of your achievement in your local media is an excellent way for you to gain visibility.
• Display on the CertainTeed Web Site – Selected entries will be featured on www.certainteed.com. Selection will be based on one or more of the following criteria: innovative use of CertainTeed products, before and after photography and/or excellence in craftsmanship.
 
Guidelines

1. Entrant must use Boardwalk Composite Decking and Railing on the project submitted for entry.
2. Entrant must have completed the project within the past twelve (12) months.
3. All work must be completed by the entrant or his or her designee.
4. Judges will evaluate the innovative use of Boardwalk products, excellence of workmanship and attention to detail.
5. Where appropriate, entries should be accompanied by “before” and “after” color photography. Photographs should display different project angles in addition to an overall view. Please label all photography with name and address of firm, project location and date submitted.
6. IMPORTANT: The property owner must authorize CertainTeed (see below Consent & Release Section) to use location photographs in promotional materials.
7. Complete all information on the entry form. All entries become the property of CertainTeed Corporation and will not be returned.
